What: A birthday cake large enough to feed an army (or two in this case). Can the twins conquer it!?

[ There's twice the excitement this year due to a number of reasons, the most elated of them all being that this was the first birthday the twin kings were allowed to share since their birth. Twenty-five years later for such a blessed reunion meant that everything had to be prepared just right!

Everything that can be at a birthday party is there, including ale and whores. Because apparently someone ordered such silliness to take place. Centered at a table towards the back is a very awkward king, possibly two. Come, make merry, and do all of those fun birthday shenanigans that should have been done last week but details!! ]

[ Welp. This sure was a party. Arturia's not very fond of celebrations herself, especially when they are celebrations of herself. Twenty-five years ago she lost something very dear to her, yet she lived her life not knowing this until recently. How is she to share in the enjoyment when she has so much lost time to make up for?

Her plate hasn't been touched in the slightest; a true testament to her thoughts and feelings on the matter. ]

[Irisviel, of course, can easily tell something is wrong. Mainly because of the queen's incredibly strange lack of appetite, yes, but she can also just... sense it. So she approaches.]

[ It takes a moment to sink in before Arturia realizes that Irisviel's a bit more keen to her own behavior. Now that she's been exposed, she can't bring herself to tell a half-truth. ]

Admittedly yes. It is strange to share this day with someone who should have shared every single one prior. If I were able to go back in time and keep the two of us from being apart, I wonder just what I would give for that opportunity.

You must not dwell on things you cannot change. I'm sure it's strange, but... you must think of the good side to all this. You'll have many more birthdays to come that you can celebrate with him, and that will more than make up for lost time.

Call me simple minded, but isn't that all that really matters in this day? You already know this, sister; my life has not been easy, but I don't regret any part of it. I just hope I can celebrate with you now, and as many times as possible.

And she isn't alone! She's carrying something in her arms. A very fuzzy, squirming something. She can't exactly maneuver through the crowds to where Arturia was with this thing in her arms, so instead she calls out.]

Arturia! Come quick, dear cousin! I must give you your present now, before he runs away!

[... That certainly sounds like a disaster waiting to happen, doesn't it.]

[ Dear lord, what has her cousin brought into her kingdom? With fear of a slave or possibly some kind of wretched Riftspawn, Arturia makes her way through the crowd rather quickly. ]

What have you brou--[ Oh. My. God?? ] Is that what I think it is?

[ And did Nero personally kill it's parents while nude too? :| ]

[The lion, while not trying particularly hard to free himself, is definitely squirming around like crazy, which only makes Nero laugh. And when Arturia approaches? He attempts to let out a fierce roar!]

It is! Several friends of mine have been caring for these magnificent creatures ever since the Coliseum stopped using them in their games. When I heard this one was ready to leave his mother, I could not help but think of you!

[SEE, SHE DIDN'T KILL ANYTHING. :| Geez.]
