Who: Indy and The Major
What: Getting the Scorpion Stone
When: first of the year

Indiana's suspicion about the spice box was correct. While he loathed to use a lot of force to pry off the hinge, but the contents - an astrologer's map and a torc bearing the sign of Scorpio was the real prize. He quickly filed for leave, and left on horse back before the paperwork is clear. He knew there was at least one other bidding on the box.

With a sexton, he was able to find the temple indicated. As he came over the hill, he slowed his horse to a stop, his instinct told him to stay still as he sees that he wasn't alone at the crumbling centuries old building.

Several knights in armor wearing the notorious mark of the Millennium faction, the swastika, have just arrived at the temple. In front of the group is the Major who wore his white, Teutonic-styled military garments sans armor. He smiles and looks up at the temple and then back towards his men.

"Quite the day for a hike and an adventure, would you not say so, my friends? We may not be on the battlefield, but that does not mean we lack an enemy. Our enemy is the ancient civilization who had first built this temple long ago. No doubt they've set all manners of tricks and traps to impale and impede the progress of interlopers.

This, I would say, is a worthy challenge for us! Our fight is with a civilization of old and we shall show them our faction as men have grown stronger, burlier, and yet, more cunning to withstand all that they had to offer.

... So. What are we waiting for? Let us march on in, gentlemen! Take in the sights, culture and pillage all that our arms can carry."

With a salute, the men marched on in. Their horses have been hidden elsewhere and their trail had been hidden. Had Jones not seen the group with his own two eyes, he may have been in for quite a surprise.
