These vampires weren't briefed on the existence of Alucard quite yet. There was, after all, not much of a need and quite frankly, the Major felt it would be better if the men found out for themselves. With their enhanced speeds, the vampires dodge the bullets thankfully only for their arms to be hit and bloodied. As much as it hurts, it doesn't stop them quite yet. The men notice where Alucard is aiming, but brush his actions aside as coincidence. Surely he didn't know that they were vampires. Either way, if the neck is where he's aiming, they ought to be careful. They couldn't have known, though. Millennium's experiments are a well-kept secret.
