The Groom

Dok was always one to focus on the smallest of details in his work. That was commendable! Nothing less should be expected when you're assigned with any task. Quite frankly, despite the true significance of the day, the Major didn't mind Dok having these small concerns of his. It wouldn't be right if everything before the ceremonies took place seemed "normal". Everything now was a true calm before the storm. Actually, the musicians that Dok chose did surprisingly well in conveying that. This was much preferable for the occasion than a full-blown orchestra, really. The Major gives a shrug and a glance over at the good Doctor.

"Please, don't be ridiculous. This wedding could not have turned out as well as it has without your help. Rustic, yes, but the strings of the ensemble especially capture a sense of stoic pleasantness that works perfectly as my intro. I am truly content, Dok! I could not be more content even if you commissioned a Wagner or a Weber."
